There are several reasons for that malfunction:
- If you opened your order inside an email app (e.g. Gmail). In this case please open your order directly in your browser. To do that please click Compass symbol at the bottom right corner of your iPhone/iPad.
- You have an old model of iPhone (iOS 12.0 or older).
Old versions of software have intrinsic glitches, Apple Inc. confirmed them and fixed the problems in updated versions. Please, update your software. Go to Settings — General — Software Update and do the update. - If your order tab has been open for a long time. In this case just refresh your browser page.
